Teresa & Carla bring their passion of the art and science of massage to you! Together, they have a B.S. in Health Sciences, Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapists, Certified Personal Fitness Trainers, National CE provider.
Teresa has owned and operated a successful Massage School in Jacksonville, Fl for 18 years and continues to teach advanced training in Massage Therapy, Fitness, Wellness, Self-Defense and her Personal Training Certification Program. 3rd Degree Black Belt, World Champion Athlete and 2019 World Massage Hall of Famer.
Carla has owned and operated a successful Massage Establishment in Jacksonville Beach employing 11 therapists. Their passion and ambition to educate on health and wellness has enabled them to author publications and present seminars statewide and nationally.
With over 40 years experience in the health & fitness industry, Teresa & Carla bring optimal therapy to their clients by combining massage and personal training bodywork. They specialize in Kinesiology, Pain Management, Stress Relief, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage & Strength Training and Stretching Fitness Experts.
